How to be Financial Indepedant ?

Why 20% of the people have 95% of wealth ?

Why ? Why ? Why ?

This 20% of people on the right side have 95% of all the wealth in the world. 80% of the remaining people only have 5% of the wealth in the world.

Why is this happening?

Why Business Owners and Investors have 95% percent of wealth in the world since they are only 20% of the overall population? Due to their financial plan, rich people's way of earning income is very different than what most of people's way of making their income.

Employed and Self Employed people's income relies 100% on their time. Their income is very limited because they make money only when they use their own time to work. If they don't work, they don't get any income. But as we all know,we all only have 24 hours a day.

Business owners and Investors income doesn't require exchanging their time with money. They have a system and the system makes money for them even if they are not at a lace of work. That's why they can make more money than what others are making because their income is not limited by time or limited by location.

It is Robert Kiyosaki saying !

This is a chart from Robert Kiyosaki's Cash Flow Quadrant. 80% of all the peoplein the world are in left side in the 2 groups called "Employed" & "Self Employed". 20% of all the people in the world are in the right side groups called "Business Owners" & "Investors".

Your Road to Success : Your Ad copy

Some internet business opportunities provide pre-written sales copy and that is great to get started with. When you join my team youwill have immediate access to sales copy that is working for othermembers of the team.

These pre-written ads are brilliant to launch your business and people are achieving success without ever using their own copy. There is a lot to be said, however, for learning the art of copywriting. Eventually you are going to want to point people on yourlist to other things and then you are going to need to communicateeffectively yourself.

So how do you write an ad? Many people use the structure thatfollows "A-I-D-A-S" Here is how it works.

First of all you must grab the ATTENTION of your prospectivecustomers. You will do that with a headline and your openingsentence and paragraph.

Secondly you need to secure the prospect's INTEREST. So now youintroduce your product and show your prospects why they should beinterested in your it.

The next stage is to create DESIRE. Tell your prospects about theproduct but word it in such a way that will create a desire in themfor the product. The way to do this is to get a sheet of paper andto write out all the features of your product/ business.

Take yourtime and do this thoroughly. Which of these features would most benefit the people at whom you are aiming your ad? Now re-writethose features in terms of benefits. Let me use two examples from myown business. I'll state the feature first and then state the samefeature as a benefit.

EXAMPLE 1

Success University has over 200 streaming audio and video coursesfrom top personal development coaches.

Enrol in Success University and turn your life around with the helpof over 200 streaming audio and video courses from some of theworlds best personal development coaches.

EXAMPLE 2

Success University pays its students commission for every studentthey introduce enabling some students to build a substantialmonthly income.

With Success University you can earn whilst you learn by introducing others to this life changing product and with a little advertising you can build a substantial monthly income.
In each of the above examples the first sentence states the barefact. The second states what difference the fact will make to yourprospects. It is by outlining benefits that you will create desire.

Now you have grabbed your propects' attention, secured theirinterest and built a desire you need to suggest ACTION. This issimply an instruction as to what to do next. Now you wnat them tobuy, visit your website or fill in a form. A warning here is thatspam filters look for phrase like "buy now." It will be helpful ifyou can be a little more creative in suggesting an action to your prospects.

Some copy writers stop with action but there is another element youcan add.

SATISFY - you can end your ad copy with a descriptiuon ofhow your product will satisfy the desires your prospect has.

That is the frame work for your ad copy lets think for a momentabout your content. You can be in-your-face with your advertisingor you can be subtle. That will depend on you and your target customers. If you have come across 'The Rich Jerk' you will haveread ad-copy that delights in being offensive and in-your-face butat the other end of the scale there is ad copy that is far moresubtle. Your ads will still need the 5 elements I have outlined but your language will be softer and more descriptive. Your ad may evenbe filled out with useful instructions or information that yourprospect can use whether or not they buy from you.

Related to this consideration is the issue of hype. You will allhave seen the web pages that suggest that even a novice can makethousands of dollars over night. It is so easy to hype up youropportunity but you need to think about it carefully. Let mesuggest two reasons why you should be honest and build realistic expectations.

Firstly there is the need to maintain good faith with people onyour list. You want them to trust you and to buy from you. Whathappens when they buy their first product and discover it justdoesn't deliver on the hype? Will they be eager customers next timeyou contact them or will they just hit the 'unsubscribe' link atthe bottom of your email?

Hype can be counter-productive forcustomer relations.

Secondly there is the issue of residual income. Residual income ismade up of repeated payments through subscriptions. So I earn acommission on each of my team members monthly membership fee withSuccess University. I've been involved in businesses in which theinitial sale had a high ticket price that made the residual incomelook like peanuts. The effect was that once they had your cash theyjust weren't interested. They would have to keep you on board foryears to make from you what they made from fresh sales. In thiscase hype didn't matter because it was the first sale that counted. In my opinion the best businesses focus on residual income. Thatmeans it is in my interest to keep my team happy and successful. IfI hype up the reality of Success University and create falseexpectations no one will stay on my team. I need people to comewith big dreams and high hopes but realistic expectations.

In case you have seen hyped up claims for Success University let mejust be clear that not all Sucess University people would agreewith me here. My goal is to build a successful team of happypeople. I don't want to leave a chain of disgruntled people behindme. I want ambitious people who can dream big dreams and set biggoals but who know what it will take to get there. My team is in itfor the long haul and together we are going to succeed by beinghonest, real and ambitious. Hype will ruin my dreams and workagainst my goals and my conscience is happier when I sell somethingreal rather than an impossible dream.

Join the team today and let me show you how to make your dreams areality - http://tinyurl.com/yt9rb6

Planning a Successful Career

Planning is must:
Students who want to succeed life should always have planning and goal setting for whatever, one wants to do achieve. Without goal, there shall be no direction and no progress. Without definite direction, lots of time and efforts shall be wasted.

The ability to realize and evaluate your true potential, correct decision and long term planning are the three steps to a successful career. Students must consider following factors while planning a career.

Evaluation of self-potential.
Students must take stock of one’s stock. It must be practical and realistic. You can take help of your parents, teachers and peers. Students must analyze their ability and potential. Are you doing justice to your potential or you are rating your potential high without having the requisite ability? An honest assessment of yourself will provide you the answers. If you have both potential and ability then the direction needs to be worked out. Your interest and aptitude is most important thing.

Proper Execution:
For success, one needs proper execution after careful planning. This is what it takes
to achieve the desired goal. Here the role of the parents as well as the teachers assumes importance. They must not only share a healthy relationship with the child but also be free of the prejudices related to the various issues. They must play a guiding role and encourage the child to take up the area of his/her interest.

What after X Std.?
Careful long term planning for progress planning after X STD or after senior secondary and graduation and following it up with a workable plan is needed for a successful career. After passing out at different levels you have two options.

Planning for college level study:
You need to decide according to your abilities. Your intellectual level, study capacity,Financial ability and readiness to work hard. You should get not get swayed by the mass hysteria regarding the traditional career choices. It is due to parental or peers pressure better to opt for a commerce stream and secure distinction rather than opt for science stream due to parental or peer pressure. Then fail or secure poor marks and regrets.

Choosing a career oriented course:
Students opting for career oriented course after std. X study, must take into consideration the following.
- Your interest and abilities
- The perks or the monetary benefits
- The working environment
- The future prospects, i.e. where the job will lead you to five or ten
years down the line.
It is matter of full-time job or profession. You need to consider and evaluate opportunities, progress or promotion. A career offered immense scope to an individual for putting into use his lifetime's education, training and other skills. Everybody wants satisfying or fulfilling career. But it depends a good deal on interest and the monetary angle.

Anybody want the emoluments which a person got, that enabled him or her to make a decent if not too comfortable a living.

Your planning shall afffect your life span.
We are living in different, continuously changing time. We are living in 21st century. It is period of Internet and living at a pace of click of mouse. You must be flexible and ready to change management. Globe is your platform. You must decide carefully depending upon your interest, aptitude and financial capacity. Ready to change self, work hard and keep your eye open.

Soft skill Training.
In today’s dynamic and rapidly changing period, academic qualification is not enough. You must have good computer skill, communication skill, group discussion, and public speaking and presentation skill for success in career, profession and career.
